Opening in 1915 as the Majestic Theatre, the Paramount converted to a movie palace in the 1920s. Holding a special place in movie history, the building has hosted the world premieres of many iconic films throughout the years, including 1966's Batman and Pleasantville. It continues cinema screenings to this day, alongside its packed schedule of stand-up shows and concerts.
